A way to become Kelsee’s personal client for 4 weeks, but adding on the accountability from a well-fostered, intimate, gracious, like-minded group of young women!
A 4-week small-group coaching + teaching program for the 20s and 30s gal who desires to have a Christ-centered approach to understanding her value, body, health goals, exercise habits + strength training, animal-based nutritional needs and holistic habits. This program is founded upon Moore & Co.’s health pillars- strength training and animal-based nutrition- for optimal fertility, vitality, durability and longevity!
A virtual “hands-on” approach to learning about female anatomy, menstrual cycles (+ why they’re so important), how bodies respond to exercise and stress, simplifying exercise routines, closing the educational gap regarding food preparation and consumption, and learning how to strength train confidently.
This 4-week class includes:
4x 1-hour GoogleMeet video calls (Monday, 6-7pm EST), education + discussion based with supplementary worksheets, homework, food logs, etc.
Week 1: Understanding Your Value, Body and Goals (+ your fertility!)
Week 2: Strength Training, Applicable Cardio and Exercise Selection
Week 3: Animal-Based Nutrition, Food Preparation and Grocery Shopping 101
Week 4: The Method, for you! (yay! We’re planning out your personalized way forward that sets you up for success, healthy body composition, with the ability to make well-informed health decisions.)

No previous experience or skill level required, but you must be willing to strength train!
Small-group accountability with weekly messaging group chat discussions

Weekly one-on-one email check in with Kelsee to address any questions or concerns that pop up during the class
Limit is 5 women per class, each client must be able to make all four GoogleMeet calls on the Mondays during the class timeframe.
