My personal and professional lives collided

Everyone has an initiation story.

when, in 2019, I experienced negative side-effects from taking hormonal birth control.

A new approach.

Reassessing the body through a holistic lens challenged me to explore specific female physiology needs. Afterall, we are fearfully and wonderfully made, aren’t we?!

Ironically, as a full-time Strength Coach for Air Force Special Warfare, I coach primarily males, but my passion lies in helping both males and females understand how to leverage their God-given physiology for a healthy, strong, capable and driven life.

Revamp your health and peak performance for longevity and durability.

Meat-head meets granola gal.

You know the stereotypes…I’m in-between.

I have obtained and maintained:

✓ BS + MS in Exercise Science: Human Performance with a Minor in Military Leadership

✓ Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from the National Strength and Conditioning Association

✓ Exercise Physiologist Certified (EP-C) from the American College of Sports Medicine

✓ USA Weightlifting Level 2

✓ CrossFit Level 1

Skip the fad diets, the low-cal meals, and endless cardio…we’re getting back to the basics- closing the educational gap about how our physiology responds to training and where our food comes from. It’s a holistic experience, really!
