Dumbbell-only workout plan for women in their
40s and 50s

A beginner dumbbell only strength training program for the older gal.

This is a simple, effective, focused and STRESS FREE workout membership, charged monthly (with no contracts)- and it’s great for the “home gym” gals! Strength training is crucial for skeletal structure and metabolism throughout the peri- and post- menopausal years. PLUS there’s an exercise video linked to every movement.

This plan has a weekly rhythm of:

  • Monday: lift

  • Tuesday: structured movement

  • Wednesday: 45-60 minutes movement or 30 min YouTube Dance

  • Thursday: lift

  • Friday: structured movement

  • Saturday: optional lift or 45-60 minutes movement, you choose!

  • Sunday: rest

This program requires dumbbells or kettlebells that range from 5lb-25lbs, bands and a soft medicine ball. Check out my Amazon favorites here!
